1. Data controller
The data controller is ABYSS Index. For any privacy matter or to exercise your rights, write to info@abyssindex.com.
2. Data we process
• Public browsing: no sign-up; only technical logs (such as your IP) used briefly by us and our host (Vercel) for security and abuse limitation. • Account (creator/Pro): your email and minimal authentication data, via our identity provider Clerk. • Mailing list: your email, with your consent, to send you the cycle report and news. • Payments: handled by our payment provider as merchant of record; we do NOT store your card data. • AI Copilot: the messages you type are sent to our AI provider (Groq) solely to generate the answer.
3. Purposes
To provide and maintain the Service, manage your account and subscription, send communications you requested (cycle report, account notices), handle your requests and ensure security. We do not do advertising profiling nor sell personal data.
4. Legal basis
Performance of the contract/service you request (account and subscription), your consent (mailing list, copilot), and our legitimate interest in security and abuse prevention.
5. Processors & third parties
We use providers that process data on our behalf under contract: Clerk (identity), Vercel (hosting), Brevo (email), Groq (AI), our payment provider (billing) and Telegram (if you connect Telegram alerts). Each accesses only what's needed for its function.
6. International transfers
Some providers are in the US. Where there's an international transfer, we rely on applicable safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy frameworks).
7. Retention
We keep your data while you have an active account or subscription and as long as needed to meet legal obligations (e.g. billing). If you unsubscribe or delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data except what the law requires us to keep.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent anytime, by writing to info@abyssindex.com. You may also complain to your country's supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
9. Cookies
The public site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. In the account area, Clerk sets strictly necessary cookies to keep your session. More detail at /legal.

We may update this policy; changes are posted here with their date.
