We want ABYSS Pro to be useful to you. You can cancel anytime, and we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase if it's not for you. The core of ABYSS Index is free, so you can try most of the value before paying.
Cancelling subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription (monthly or annual) anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No cancellation penalties.
14-day money-back guarantee
If this is your first ABYSS Pro purchase and you're not satisfied, write to us within 14 days of payment and we'll refund that period's amount. It applies to the first subscription and to the “lifetime” purchase. It does not apply to later renewals of a subscription you were already using.
“Lifetime” (one-time) purchase
The lifetime plan also has a 14-day money-back guarantee from payment. After that window, being a permanent access already granted, it is non-refundable unless applicable law provides otherwise.
How to request a refund
Write to info@abyssindex.com from your account email, stating which purchase you'd like refunded. You may also handle it through our payment provider. We process valid requests within a few days; the time to appear in your bank depends on your institution.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g. heavy use of the service plus systematic refund requests, fraud, or breach of the Terms).
Payment provider
Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued in accordance with this policy through that provider.
